Reflection
In terms of collaboration, my group and I worked well to where we completed the presentation successfully. Leadership: Emilie - 20 She was very on task throughout the project and assisted everyone with things that needed to get done.
Andrew - 17 He didn't take the role of leader, but completed things whenever needed.
Eryk - 17 He didn't take the role of leader either, but remained on task with his portion.
Cooperation: Emilie - 20 She was always working on something to add to the project
Andrew - 18 He stayed on task, but occasionally had to be reminded to keep working
Eryk - 18 I believe he continued to add work to the presentation, but he was a little separated from the rest of the group.
Attitude and Demeanor: Emilie - 20 Everyone had a positive attitude throughout the process
Andrew - 20
Eryk - 20
Facilitation and Mediation: Emilie - 20 She helped the group by making sure everyone was contributing somehow
Andrew - 20 He communicated well within the group and other groups.
Eryk - 20 He communicated well within the group and other groups.
Empathy: Emilie - 20 Everyone showed their care with the project and members of our group
Andrew - 20
Eryk - 20
What I found most interesting was learning about euthanasia and other bioethics topics, and how they affect the future of our society. The amount of controversy over these topics is really fascinating and its strange to find out the different opinions of my classmates on these topics. To me, the most interesting topic, besides our own, was the GMO presentation because it was the most surprising to find out most of our foods are being chemically enhanced to taste better. I would like to learn more about this topic, as well as cloning because its starting to inch closer and closer to becoming a reality.
